"Migration Path" means the suggested Webroot product replacement for the End-of-Life product. "End-of-Support" means the date on which Webroot stopped, or will stop, providing technical support for the applicable Webroot product and. "End-of-Sales" means the date on which Webroot stopped, or will stop, marketing and selling the applicable Webroot product to new customers. "End-of-Life" means a product that Webroot has identified as being at the end of its useful life and for which product sales and support have been, or are being, discontinued. As used in this Policy, the following terms have the following meanings: This Product End-of-Life Policy ("Policy") identifies Webroot End-of-Life products and provides certain critical dates and the currently available migration path, if any, related to such Webroot products.
